Looked up sculling drills, after seeing the swim coach showing someone at the local pool (Bletchley leisure centre), only to find this video, with the exact coach. What's the chances.
Just found your channel and it's great. I've mentioned sculling in videos but I really need to reference a video like this to explain it in more details. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to following this channel!
How my instructor explained it to me when I trained when I was young is it's scooping up ice-cream and putting it back again and it made so much sense to me
Well detailed. Thanks for sharing this video!!! I' m sure itt going to improve my swimming skills.

Great helpful video! One question though: how the heck did you perform the camera moves in the 6 minute area??
Ha its just a gopro on a selfie stick :) (and plenty of practice filming swimmers)
Super video that’s what I needed. I can practice that next time i go swimming.
Thank you so much.

Thank you so much 💖
Great video
I get why beginners and novice swimmers (like myself) benefits from sculling drills. But I don’t get why experienced swimmers do it. For warm ups?
Warm up swimming muscles and get a feel/hold on the water!
