Thank you Katja, I usually do all kinds of more dinamic exercises (HIIT) or yoga, so at first it seemed slow to me, but then I really felt all the micro-movements and the symmetry of the body.

Hello Katja, I really like the way you teach, with different level of intensity and options to get the pose more challenging. Your explanation of each movement is accurate so I can do the movement and self-correct to feel the effort or stretch at the place you point out. Hi Katja! Just did this after I woke up and it felt really nice. I have a couple of requests that i hope you will consider: a. To address hunched shoulders b. Core strengthening exercises or session that excludes lying down on your belly. More specifically, maybe you can have a session for ladies with fibroids (where lying on the belly could hurt the back too) C stretch exercises for the foot - to avoid foot conditions like plantar fascitis Thanks in advance and keep your videos coming please!

After only a few classes this week, I can feel the changes in my body and posture. This is a new feeling and wonderful! I especially like that the classes are not tough on the knees as mine are in bad shape! These classes keep me moving and are giving me strengh and flexibility which is sorely needed! Thank you!!
