Hi Jen. I am from Australia. I just recently found your yoga channel. Really enjoy your videos. 4 weeks time it will be 2 years since I have been doing yoga for. I quite love everything there is about yoga. I wish I was a lot more flexible like you. My body is mainly tight and I suffer from fibromyalgia. I have been learning how to do quite a lot of yoga poses and especially the tree pose. The first time I tried the wall pose (candle pose) I could really feel the blood going through my body and felt quite weird. I can only do it for a short time to get used to it that you talked about in your other video. My pigeon pose needs a tiny bit of work. I find it quite difficult to do the lunge from doing downward dog with my front foot goes in between the hands so I make my own way doing it from downward facing dog. I have been trying going from downward facing dog or 3 legged dog to lunge and see how far I can get my foot being near my hand each time. Getting better at it and can almost do it if I practice with it
As soon as my right upper leg is better will try doing the splits again. Got very close to doing the splits and then put up with pain for almost 4 months now
What a nice stretch to get into all those sticky parts of my body! Your cuing is excellent, I don't even have to look at the screen to know what to do. Thank you!

So please guide us for flexibility,then only follow this properly, otherwise we r following u but can't completely.. I am very much interested to following u, but confusion about which video first for flexibility?? PLEASE ❤️
