Really beneficial tips. You are awesome sir! My dad taught me similar things. One was grip training by lifting plates carefully and the other thing he told me was "never throw the weights after workout. Use your strength to slowly keep down the weights. it improves your strength"
Mistakes: 1) Not doing full range of motion. 2) No gripping strength - Re Rack your own weights, rods, dumbbells etc. 3) Avoiding deadlifts, bench press and squat. 4) Eating bananas in the gym just before workout or in between workouts. 😂 5) Using weight you can't command. Hence no ego lifting. 6) Lack of focus or Lazy training. Hope this helps 👍

Good to know that I always utilised full range of motion while working out with dumbbells! No injuries so far. It helped me build biceps within a month that too at home!

logic is, any thing that quickly goes into blood can be taken during excercise like, water/ electrol / bcaa ! don't take whey, complex carbohydrates, fuits, etc during workout ! protein shake like whey should be post workout or half hour before workout !
