5) have Black coffee 30 minutes before workout
6) have a clear plan.

Hi Yatin, you have been a great educator, it has been great listening to you with so much knowledge, I am a beginner but your videos help a lot of effectiveness. However, you did mention that coffee will be good for our workouts and it's been proven as per studies, but I have even studied that taking coffee regularly may cause memory loss in long run.
How gonna we ensure that we won't come up with any such circumstances in our future. I hope you were able to understand my question, looking forward to you.
Simple don't drink coffee when you already have the answer.
Sir, If a person is doing his workout at 6 AM that means he/she has to eat at 4 AM (or just eat light carb and Protein) could you please make a video on people who are doing workout (Gym) in early morning (5-6 AM). Thank you.

I have never in my life taken coffee or tea I only drink milk is there any other option of coffee so that I can take it before workout.
