Yes, it actually IS rare unless it's mixed as a "live" version from the start--for every Frampton Comes Alive et al, there are hundreds of 'barely there' live sets. Not just imo but the opinion of the artists and producers themselves. I saw this video on MTV after I had a surgery, with the meds I was on , I thought I was floating around the room...then it took me 6 years to find the song.
Everything about this is perfect - the lead vocals, the backing vocals, the fluttering flute that seems to take off like a butterfly in the background. The harmonies are alluring and hypnotic, making the whole thing so dreamy that you could almost believe that if you danced to it, your feet might float up off the floor. I think I'm in love with this track.
