Just discovered them through one of my Pandora channels. They kept popping up and I was like WHO IS THIS? I thought they were a newer band. Can't believe I didn't catch up to them for 20 years. LOVE their album, The Garden. It's a very sophisticated piece of work. Some chill, some groove, but great diversity for one album. Each song has a different vibe. I've listened to it many times and I hear something different each time.

Zero7 had this ability to pick the perfect singer for each one of its songs, but I think it’s the song which picked up its perfect singer. The result is one of the most disturbingly amazing band/collective, whatever you want to call them. When It Falls, The Garden, and Simple Things albums are stuck in our heads forever, and I thank you guys for that 🙏💙

Quite the testament that people are still commenting after all these years! It's an amazing performance that EVERYONE had a hand in. The audience is always a true barometer of whether a band is killing it. They were completely engaged! So was the band. You can tell there was a little magic dust (metaphor) in how they were playing off each other. Of course, it doesn't hurt to have TD as your front person. I just came across the group when watching a TV Show and the movie Garden State where Waiting Line was playing I goggled the song and found out that the group's name was Zero 7 and have been around since 2002 according to google at least in America. I don't know how I missed them. They have the most beautiful melodies and lyrics and have a haunting and magical quality to their songs. Loved listening to this song and the song Destiny performed by Sia & Sophie Barker. So glad I connected with them even if it is 21 years later

Totally agree, and I am a great Fan from Tina Dico she still makes beautiful music. The Song Somersault from the Kimmel show with Sia Furler is also on RUclips but unfortunately not in HD. I will see Tina Dico on her Germany tour in October this year ❤

I play this at least every other day. I try to be more disciplined about exploring new music, but I can't help but gravitate to my "comfort food" and this is just an awesome song.

I miss the brass section off the studio version but this live version has a real blues sound to it. Brilliant band who like others, split before that realised how good they were

I Have always loved Tinas songs os me and my girlfriend booked a intimate diner with only 150 ppl and a Tina Dicow concert, after sitting 5 meters from the stage and her amazing performance was the best live performance of my life and i have organized concerts for Coldplay; U2, Rolling Stones and many others in Denmark and none can match her. She is a class for herself

Went home to Denmark, where she did make it big. There's plenty of interviews out there and it sounds like she did see the world, but was happiest at home. In contrast to e.g. Sia. I wish there were more bands out there like Zero 7. Collaborating with talented singer songwriters and touring the world.

@@somersetfan1 You're right about that. I read a Tina Dico interview about her time with Zero 7 and she said she really enjoyed working with everyone but she was VERY home sick which was actually the inspiration to the song "Home" and why she left the group to return to Denmark.

    Lost in cheap delirium
    Searching the neon lights
    I move carefully
    Sink in the city aquarium
Sing in the key of night
    As they're watching me
Take me somewhere we can be alone
Make me somewhere I can call a home
'Cause lately I've been losing on my own
    Wrapped in silent elegance
    Beautifully broken down
    As illusions burst
Too late to learn from experience
    Too late to wonder how
    To finish first
Take me somewhere we can be alone
Make me somewhere I can call a home
'Cause lately I've been losing on my own
Take me somewhere we can be alone
Make me somewhere I can call a home
    Won't you take me home
    Won't you take me home
'Cause lately I've been losing on my own
    Won't you take me home
sry but if i can watch it i can learn it faster :DD
