We think it's because of fermentation and the type of bacteria produced. So try to avoid those. I have a Mast Cell Disease and Connective Tissue disorder, and an aortic dissection. I don't think anything will cure our illnesses (not yet anyways). However, I caution you trying to find a "cure". It can leave you mad (speaking from personal experience, lol). Over the years i have learned that our bodies are more like a garden. You MUST tend to it daily. Pick out the weeds and nourish the good. Be sure all aspects of its needs are being cared for.
