    I make a berrie smoothie everyday n always crave an orange
    Fruit is excellent for good bowel movement n include prunes like 4 t t put in a lil water n stew
    I also buy fresh pineapple n cut it up n freeze it great anti inflamatory
    EAT FRUIT not just the juice u need the fiber in most cases😊

      @@actualangel5133 all fruit that tastes sour especially if slightly green can increase pain, like lots of red wine and sugar can cause gout or general acid pain. But also ripe fruit can cause excess fermentation because if the life death cycle of bacteria and fungus in the gut causing excess gasses that can penetrate the gut and go directly into bloodstream causing fatigue, pain etc.
      Lemon juice - 2 tsp early morning in warm water or tea is good source if fruit fr older people who struggle with this problem. Best if eating fruit have after meal as a desert.

    Eating these fruits is nice. but no way would doing so even make a dent in the neuropathic pain that people with nerve damage suffer from.

      My feet hurt so much over the past year. I'm adding fruit to my diet and more foot exercise but it sure doesn't seem to work. Not much anyway. I don't know what happened but my toes and ball of my feet feel so swollen. More fruit and exercise won't hurt but at 75, I have little faith in a repair. I enjoyed the fruit reminder here though.

    Fruit can cause excessive acid.
    Sour fruit can cause acid related pain.

      Full of good fat and potassium and listen only alottle hand full of each with a yogurts plain no sugar as fruit full of sugar so restrict your sugar load,, and eat as natural as you need the roughage part to stop sugar overload, try some extra roughage before eating to help, n start with🎉 1/2a avcardo
