Before sleeping at night I drink warm water with green tea, mixed with turmeric, lemon, with Manuka honey.
Wish i can do the same. Personally for me i cant drink green tea at night as it contains caffeine and does not let me sleep.

I hate to disillusion you but most of the herbs/spices you mention are not big surprises. They've been used forever for medical purposes. There are other herbs/ spices that your god would also be responsible for; like marijuana, coca leaf (cocaine), certain mushrooms (mescaline), certain plant weeds (ketamine), certain poppy seeds (opioids) and probably I've missed a few. Just use common sense.

I would just add that when doing the Golden Milk (Turmeric drink) to add BLACK PEPPER to the ingredients as this makes absorption of the turmeric much, much better.
Black pepper is a must when making Tumeric milk as it's essential for the absorption of the curcurmin.😊
