    Stu, you just anwered the question I've always had with my own golf swing. Could not figure out why my swing was so much more fluid with the heavy Orange Whip than with my driver and irons. So I started experimenting with weighted tape, increasing the swing weight and gradually discovered that I needed heavier clubs. The heavier clubs made me swing the club with better tempo, strike location, improved sequence., and much better body mechanics. I coould not figue out whay it was so until I saw this video. Thanks for enlightening me. Cheers.

    Again, explaining things i have thought about along time, that no one else explains.. getting the hand to the left of chest or keeping them behind, is something i always experiment with, but really have no answer of what is correct or better. I try to search for things like "chest vs belly rotation" and stuff like that, but not a single video explains this. This affects the relationship of the rotation between the chest and the belly, and i have always wondered if the chesr should overtake the belly or not at impact, or before or after.. so many only describe the relationship between the hips and the upper body, but the upper body have multiple parts that are never mentioned..

    The pull vs push concept completely revolutionized my swing….specifically…pulling left (right handed). It sounds ridiculous, but for a very long time I couldn’t figure out why pros hands seemed so internal at impact compared to mine (many amateurs). After I pulled the club left, my ball flight is basically straight with a mini draw or a fade…and now, I’m learning how to manipulate the pull so that I dictate if I hit a draw or a fade. My angle of attack has increased…and the swing for the first time in my life feels effortless. I’ve been golfing for 4 years chasing my own tail and then I found Stu’s broom video and it changed my golf life.
    Pull your hands low and left folks…move around your midline. That’s where the in to out motion comes from.
    Pushing the club to what feels like in to out usually translates to out to in (slice!) for most people.
    Pull the club down and around. It’s the secret sauce!

      .. yes you’re right. I’ve always done this so it’s an alien concept to push in to out but I can see how that would never ever work. Why wouldn’t people think of a baseball swing where you pull pull pull, why do most golfers push, I don’t get it, anyhow?

      @@cdunne1620 appreciate your response. I played lots of baseball, but since the ball moves, my hands would move to get to the ball up and down. I guess the tough part for me this last week was just barely coming up out of my swing…. Caused me to over fade or even slice on a few shots… but my swing thought was on pulling left…but I wasn’t pulling all the way down and smashing through the glass… just meant that I barely was leaving club head open. Excited to fix this today!

      Sorry, just to clarify .. do you pull the club down and around with your lead arm ? I'm right handed and have tried pulling with my lead arm but it's not where near as strong

    Hi, is the essence of the message in this video that the body needs to organise itself so as to oppose the outward forces from the club.
    I think Stu that you need to use more simple language, more concise and ‘to the point’. The kettle bell demo was excellent and then swinging the club straight after showed that the same opposition moves apply if I’m understanding correctly, thanks for the video, I’ll be trying this out

    Very enlightening Stu. The problem with golf is it's not taught as a reactionary sport. In a moving ball sport you simply react to the ball that is moving. If we substitute ball for club and react to it we would be better served. With the heavy kettle bell you could see how you employed all of you. When you pick the club up after you could see how you engaged so much more of you. Good show my friend.

      Food for thought….. heavier swing weight to help synchronisation but lighter for faster swing speed…… how to find the sweet spot?😊

      @@andycorso8498 That is an absolute. Targeting the Sweet Spot is a question of where. If I were to kick a Soccer ball, wouldn't there be a best place to plant my post. We all want speed but it's a matter of compression. A compressed ball Will more than likely react to where you want to send it. Another food for thought.

    Hi Stuart. I'll just let you get your breath back. Still playing around with the pull phase with mixed results. Can you tell me please are you pulling with your hands and arms so effectively coming away from the body or are you pulling with your chest and shoulders keeping the arms closer to your chest. Hope this makes sense. Always great content by the way. Regards Andy

    Can you explain why, as we get older and our swings get more restricted and thus slower, club fitters insist on fitting you into lighter shafted clubs? I've gone into 105gms and have struggled to match them up to my swing.
