You're so right at this. I have consulted numerous doctors, did tests, had supplements for the deficiencies, work out, cut out dairy, sugar and junk but still my hairfall is still the same. At one point, i really get tired of experimenting cause it adds to my stress. And then my grandma keeps pointing at others telling look how long their hair is and how crystal their skin is. I'm just tired af.
Check water… hard water damages hair… use shower filter
Consult a dermatologist, they will prescribe products that work, and then you can say Dr. prescribed to ur parents… also better that then randomly experimenting with hundreds
Also, use air purifier if you are in places where there is lots of construction around you
All of these things matter too!
Apart from food etc i think our parent's generation didn't had any peer pressire to look good. But today due to social media and financial disparities among different strata its really a high pressure zone to actually look good and effortless every minute of the days 😅
also hair texture is a thing, if their hair was straighter than yours is it wouldn't have needed products as much or even at all
But they don't listen, n say u waste money and argue

Hey didi i am 15 yrs old I have 2b 2c hair so can I use love beauty and planet (rice water and angelica seed) shampoo, conditioner and leave in conditioner?? Can i buy that products or not?? That products are good or not??? Pls reply di pls di personal opinion dena 😢❤ plss reply di 1st comment
