We love the new Canon 18-80 lens. It reminds Steve and Jens of their days with ENG cameras! With the addition of Canon’s re-locatable servo zoom control you can have full lens control in the palm of your hand. We've made a couple of accessories to make this lens even more user-friendly - a click-into-place lens support and a right angle adapter for their cable. Great lens, just got it with my C300 MII Zacuto Z-Finder Rig. Powerful combo.

This lens works perfectly with the C700, and feels exactly like a Betacam. Unfortunately for Zactuo, that camera doesn't need any third party accessories.

Zooming is frowned upon by enthusiasts posing as "professionals", but watch this lens sell out at $5,000. Don't be fooled, zooming has its place. Not only can you zoom while filming (even if you don't want to), it still helps to quickly reframe shots for different looks without changing the lens.

Affordable? Ok $5800 with the grip - and not fast at all at T4.4 - more than the FS5 right now. Ouch. But if you have the Sony FS5 you already know you NEED good light - so yes a good pair. ty guys.
