Love it when they work on Foxbodys. It’s crazy they are considered “classic” now
I was a 7 when the last one rolled off the line and as a kid I hated them. Swore they weren’t a “real” mustang. But now that I had one I actually have a soft spot for them.
Specially when I remember buying a new 90 5.0 red coupe off the show room floor like it was yesterday....lol. $12,500 out the door.
I’ve got a 1991 Foxbody LX hatch 5.0 I’m 22 so the car is 8 years older than me 😂😂. I’ve had other body style mustangs, but I keep going back to the foxbody. There’s nothing like them.
@@nexgencarguyscraig331 no there's not, they're fun cars.
@@nexgencarguyscraig331 they are fun cars. My mustang is a 65 and is 22 yrs older than me lol. My fox was made a couple of months before I was born
The suspension is what we have waited on for so long. And if you have property you can take advantage of time and build something nice.
Amazing! 🏆 I've been going to autocross since I was little, my uncle is big on the Rocky Mountain SCCA, he helps design and put the tracks out, stored and drove the cone truck for years. We would have laughed at this in the 90s/00s this was a joke, but nowadays, with these readily available parts, this is a truly formidable setup to make a cheap track car.
is the next part out to this series? i wanna see this beast driving and painted
I love seeing Pat on all the shows. More please.
I like the Dyno guy. Hes got a good vibe about him
Congrats on the 1 Mil!
Thanks for all the time and effort guys i really appreciate it! and the clear explanations, i could never afford to build my dreams but they are still alive 🤠🇳🇿🌄
LOL The fan shroud was installed upside down! When those flaps loosen up with age, the fans won't be able to suck them closed because they'll be flopping around. It'll work fine on the track but your mustang is going to overheat in traffic.
Ha...you’re right...rookies
Is there a part 4 yet
Where is the next episode on this?
Awesome to see an Autocross Mustang being built on your show! Only slightly disappointed it isn't a 94-98 body style.....
Always enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Os cara é fera
That .63 OD is impressive, will certainly help offset tge top end deffeciencies of 4.10's
When will we see it out on track?
Mike Galley introduces Pat Topolinsky as a permanent member of Engine Power. “And then........”
This guy is the engine whisperer
Amazing work you guys did, I been looking for that radiator you guys showed there I can’t find it no where ?
Makes me want to lighten up my S197, swap the suspension, and go kill some cones.
do it
congrats for 1M subscribers
Did they ever show this car on the track?
Ok, so you guys literally just built my dream car, how much?
Sweet
Great video! Did this project come to a hault? I don't see anymore vids
He sprayed the floor with no respirator
I'm surprised you didn't put sound that reduction adhesive that iv see used.
Couldn't you use a hydramat for that fuel issue you discussed?
Is there a part 3?
Hell yeah
I agree!!
What's going on with the cage?
Why would you use grade 5 bolts on a roll cage like that? I would gone with gr8 fine thread on that 11:57
When was this filmed? Pat has been around on power nation for a long while. He's not new.
They're saying he's on this show now.
How do I watch the whole series of this
E3s are the only plug I use in my pony
Every fox body I've worked on the floor board was spider cracked everywhere, even the firewall.
Awesome car Ford power forever baby
Where is the video of the finished car?
Please load the vid of the ford 300 turbo test you just did the other day please
Did I miss the upload for part 2? I know there is part 1 and now part 3.
@Wayne Flanigan Thanks Wayne. I searched for "fox body" and then "auto cross" and didn't see the part two but searching for "fox body 2" pulled it up quickly. Thanks again.
all that and no track action to back it up
Why the solid axle. If you go 4v BIG you gotta go IRS.
The ford model T had a wooden clutch plate.
TAFFR
I take my rear view mirrors off on vehicles I can. Im tall, damn thing is in my field of view.
Still waiting on more content for the trash hawk Wagoner.
Why wouldn’t you use a sold rear axle? 9bolt would of been a better option
The 8.8 they used is a solid rear axle.
IRS is so much better for handling
I wonder how much all this costs?
If you have to ask….
If E3 spark plugs work as well as your claiming and reduce pollution like you're claiming then why are they not factory original parts because the factory is always being inundated with lower emissions standards?
The same reason car companies uses exhaust manifolds instead of headers: cost.
Also interesting how they gapped the hell out of the E3 spark plug to make it look like it had a bigger spark.
Yes the plug thing is BS
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
....and the EPA wants to ban any modifications to motor vehicles. Even if what you are doing is more efficient than stock....
I hope you never have to use the roll cage with those Grade 5 fasteners.
Does anybody believe those e3 spark plugs and or use them
Now I have to check E3 vs all on RUclips. Are you sure E3 is that good?
i use them in my 2001 jeep wj!!
@@subiemon ... are they any good?
@@superior3384 I love them.
@@subiemon cool I'll get some of those next. Thanks
go MTU
In the title and several times in you comments you call the 6 point a cage its not a cage . Its a roll bar and you said that 1 time . Please get it right so others folks understand the difference between a roll bar and a roll cage . Other than that nice job .
The spark plug advertisement is bullshit
You guys really think I'm not gonna fast forward through your five minute spark plug commercial?🙄
😁🖖👍👌✌😎
another fox body...geez
@@bigboreracing356 I don't disagree; however, my comment relates to the sheer mass of fox body builds. I was hoping for something with a bit more steel. You are absolutely right about the "home run" though.
No budget builds on this you tube channel 😔 can't afford this stuff
