      Hello Carolyn, thanks for your questions! Insoluble fiber does not dissolve in water. Rice contains both insoluble and soluble fibers!

    Hi doctor would broccoli /carrots and other non starchy vegetables be classified as viscous soluble fibers ? Thank you

    • @GundryMDYT
      @GundryMDYT  28 дней назад

      Hello there, thanks for reaching out! Most non-starchy veggies contain insoluble fibers which do not dissolve in water and add bulk to your stool. Carrots contain some starch, so they have soluble fiber as well. We hope this helps!

    wheat bran is insoluble fiber. Any insoluble fiber will not abosorb water by definition. It goes thru the gut and comes out the other end. There is nothing wrong with this. It is good for gut health

    OK, so you’re eating a bunch of insoluble fiber end it gives you gas. So you take do you know because he had to work with people you know. That Vino helps prevent gas by breaking the fiber down so it’s easier to digest? So does that make the insoluble fiber not as healthy for you?

    Please please make sure you drink enough water when taking soluble fibre, if you don't then watch out ☠️ dont think you can replace wheat for psyllium like for like, and please talk to your doctor about how to take it safely.
