Definitely a nice flight, brother! And definitely a nice airplane for sure. Definitely wouldn’t mind getting my hands on that baby. I need to work on my high-performance and complex ratings myself. Keep flying high!
Outstanding video. I love your iPad setup, and you have really integrated it's capability into your flight routine. Maybe give a little overview of your setup and how you use it in a separate video. Please keep these videos coming!
Thanks for sharing your flight! It was nice hearing all of the radio comms since as a student pilot, comms is something I’m not super comfortable with. Also it was cool to get a tour a plane before you flew it.
Thanks Joshua. Comms are a challenge for many pilots, especially if one doesn't usually fly in controlled airspace. Write down what you hear "verbatim" in your shorthand and then process your response until you're comfortable with it. Safe Flying :-)
I am studying for my ppl right now and this video was really nice to watch. Just wanted to ask when you were taxiing to the runway i saw black clouds ahead. Did you fly out just before a storm hit? 18:14
No actually it was completely VFR. Those clouds were higher and there was no convective activity in the forecast that day. It was just windy and a little turbulent. Good luck on your ppl and yes stay vigilant for weather. It is better to be on the ground and wish you were flying than flying and wishing you were on the ground :-). Thanks for watching.
Great flight in spite of the difficult winds after the touch and go at KHRJ. The crazy routing while landing at KRDU was probably due to the medical emergency on Southwest 553. You can see the ambulance while you were waiting at taxiway A4. I though they were supposed to say "lifeguard" before the flight number. Anyway the article in the New York Post says a passenger's heart stopped and he was rescued by a husband and wife who knew cpr and he survived. Thanks for having us along in this definitely interesting flight! Liked and subscribed.
Nicely done. I've flown in a glider @ HRJ before bk in 2011 by a brotha who mentored me @ the time. It was awesome to experience a glider club. See ya on the next upload. #salute my gud brotha!!!!!!! P.S. I have two aviation challenges if you're interested in them. The 1st is how aviation has changed your life & 2nd say the phonetic alphabet in 30 sec or less. If you could plz do me a huge favor by accepting these two challenges via a response video using the #TMCSC, i would greatly appreciate that. Thx again!!!!!!
Hi Michael, Yes they do have some glider activity down near HRJ as well as near LHZ Triangle North. I haven't done any gliders yet...maybe the opportunity will present itself. thanks for watching.
Yes, I am a flight instructor at Raleigh Flying Club in the Signature terminal . Feel free to contact me at RDU and I can discuss the details of getting your private license. 👍
Perfect panel layout! Makes so much sense and avoids the Frankenstein arrangement so many of these late 70s up to the G36 when they came with the G1000. I understand limited budgets, however this all Garmin arrangement will retain most if not all of it's investment value based on integrated functionality and very nice panel looks. I wish I lived close enough to be a partner in this one!
Hi Sam, Thanks for watching. Yes I disconnected it due to turbulence. The GFC 500 on that plane works quite well. I personally don't like engaging the auto pilot in moderate turbulence.
@HortonAviation going to be looking for a hanger somewhere not too far. Might have to have a complete cover made for it and park it outside. I will be in louisburg (LHZ), do it will probably be there. I am waiting to see what the new rules will be for light sport in MOSAIC rules in August of this year. If they do what industry insiders think then we should expect 1. Increased speed from 120knots 2. Heavier weight 3. Constant speed prop 4. Four place aircraft 5. Retractable gear
Nice landing. Thanks for posting and good luck with the channel!

Very nice flight. Thanks for sharing.
Good job.
Bonanza is my dream airplane.

Did he post a video? I would be interested
Man this is nice........one day I will make the plung to start my flight lessons........You doing your thing brotha......
Love the Videos Sir….
Beautiful, looking plane. I would however, I would turbonormalize it, by TA .
Seems like an awful lot of inputs to the avionics. What is it you're doing besides changing radio frequency? Do these not have any voice controls?

Hi
Why does this a36 have such high tech… is this tech not found on the g36?
Did you install these screens after?
That some smooth flying sir .
I noticed that as you approached liftoff your eyes were not outside tracking the centerline but rather inside looking at your flight instruments.
Single swing over yoke has to be a older model one

Beautiful aircraft. Thanks for bringing us along on the flight.

It said you were flying out of RDU...I don't suppose you have any recommendations for flight schools/training in the area?

you logged .4 just listening to that atis, crikey!
Nice
First time on this channel and I’m looking forward for this right seat flight in my favorite single engine piston aircraft the A-36

Great video…first time viewing. Just subscribed too! Beautiful, beautiful plane. I envy you. Thanks for sharing this.
I'd opt to drive the distance.
But driving it is not as much fun.
How are the Bose Proflights in the piston? Is quite loud or bearable?
need to hear the engine and stuff, this is way too quiet, i fell asleep.
Great video! Im a “North Up” guy too!
Thanks for the ride, it was fun to experience that fine Bonanza.
That is a sweet panel set up!
I miss flying 24v
You sir are a man having too much fun. Enjoy. Oh and great video.
😃 John, yes I do love flying. It makes the journey as fun as the destination. Thanks for watching and your feedback.
that’s nice
Great video! I have question, was the Autopilot disengage because it was too bumpy or is it broken?
Hi Sam, Thanks for watching. Yes I disconnected it due to turbulence. The GFC 500 on that plane works quite well. I personally don't like engaging the auto pilot in moderate turbulence.
@@HortonAviation thanks for the answer 🙏🏾
Fun!
I live in Brier creek and i am a sport pilot. Looking forward to ordering a new plane in the near future.
Awesome. Where are you planning to house it/tie it down?
