A36 Bonanza Engine Management and Climb Technique

For those with questions about how I manage the engine for climb. Manifold Pressure, Prop, Fuel Flow and what speeds I use and the like. This is a quick video on the techniques I use and teach for Climb with a Continental. What techniques do you use?
