    This is my ultimate favorite legs and butt workout!! I love that it has no squat or lunges but I still feel the burn and my knees are thankful haha

      Crafty Cam Aww I’m sooo happy you’re loving my workouts! Thank you so much for your kind words and support. 💖 To answer your question...it’s actually a hard one to answer since it varies from week to week...but for me, my career is what really keeps me fit. I teach multiple Ballet & Pilates classes a day and actually demonstrate a lot, so I’m always moving and always on my feet. When I’m not teaching, I’m either filming exercises for Instagram or full length workouts for RUclips...so as you can see, I do lead a rather active lifestyle. A great rule of thumb is to do something physical everyday for 30-60 minutes (RUclips workouts, dance class, swimming, bike riding, brisk walking, running, whatever you enjoy). Of course pairing your exercise with healthy clean eating is super important as well! Keep moving and doing things that you enjoy and that motivate you and fuel your body with good foods! XOXO 🥰🥰🥰

    What I love most about your workouts is the way they affect all the body! I have been working out 4 times a week with you, for 3 months and I see such a big difference! The best is that there is not even need to spend 1 hour!!! 20-30 minutes are enough in order to see the difference!!!

      Hello and thank you for your love and support! I personally a 90% vegan diet...lots of fruits and veggies. Occasionally I'll eat fish. I also limit my gluten intake. Watch your portions and make sure you are hydrating yourself to keep your body running efficiently. I always drink lemon water as it's refreshing and very cleansing. xoxo

    I really enjoyed this workout. So beneficial for me. I used to do a lot of yoga and I have great flexibility but I lost some stability in my hips (they started to make lot of noise if I dont control them). I feel these exercises help me to bring the control around my hips back. Have a lovely day D. !

    I just found this workout of yours, I’m following others of yours that I love!! Quick question to on: would you recommend this one for burning booty fat and cellulite ?

      You can't spot fat reduce...but you can spot tone and strengthen. This exercise is perfect for that...but make sure you are also doing more Cardio based HIIT workouts for overall fat loss! Keep it up! xoxo

      Dansique Fitness Thanks you much for your prompt reply ! Well I’m doing quite good on an overall fat level just have a more Mediterranean body type which means that my fat tends to concentrate on those parts that I noted !
      I will surely try the combination with HIIT

      Arti Yadav I get this question a lot...you must make sure you are pairing your workouts with a healthy clean diet. Keep up with your strengthening/toning workouts as well as your cardio/hiit workouts. How long have you been consistently working out 5x a week?
