I LOVE your workouts and everything you do. I discovered you recently and love that you have combined everything I love about ballet, yoga pilates and training. And this workout actually got my nearly dead glutes aching which is quite something. If you have any more workouts that target glutes and not quads (my quads always activate when trying to target my glutes so I have to be careful) then please let me know.. :) Thank you
