This is the best arm workout. It felt really hard at minute #4, when I started to longingly look at the clock and wishing that it would move faster. Then magic happened at minute #8 when my body started to "feel good" for the rest of the workout. This is definitely getting into my regular rotation. Thank you Desiree!

I loved it! I'm adding this to my list of arm workouts. Until I started doing Pilates and ballet-inspired workouts, I never knew how effective weightless arm workouts could be. Also in Indian classical dance, the arms get quite a workout on their own from all the movements and even just holding them up for prolonged periods of time. One of my favorite arm workouts is Ballet Beautiful Swan Arms. Do you still live in NYC? You should collaborate with Mary Helen Bowers! Also side note, you seriously have such an enviable figure! Slender and toned but still with feminine curves. Haha I don't mean to sound over-flattering, but I had to give the compliment!

I had to drop them shortly at #3 but found out that insteasd of dropping them both, continuing with one and and taking turns until I was ready to use both again was a good solution. Okay so I took a few breaks cause my arms could literally not stay up, but at least I finished it! Will do it again until i can do this without dropping my arms
I tried but had to take a couple of breaks because my shoulders started burning so intensely in a very specific spot and I recognize that if I'm not careful with that I will really not have a pleasant day at work.
I had to drop my arms a couple of times - sorry!! 🥹 but I’ll get there with a few more goes. Like some other comments, I can’t believe how hard this one is! I think I may do this one at my desk between calls.
No apologies necessary…as long as you tried your best, that’s all that matters. Keep at it..one day you’ll be able to do the whole thing without dropping your arms! 💖💪🏼
