    RESPECT!!!! WOW. I did it this time! No added weights. So amazing how much work that is. I'm going to begin adding this in every other day to complement my other workouts. So grateful for you in this! Like you, I would close my eyes and think, "I'm hearing Desirée in my head cheering herself and us on, and she's not quitting, so I'm not quitting!" You are so inspiring. I'm going to go do a ballet class of yours just for funsies now! 💗

    it's 2023 and I just discovered this! I am busy and not in the mood to do a full bodyweight work today but I'm so grateful to discover this EXPRESS PILATES CHALLENGE. Thank you Desiree!     I saw your channel's name on Jaime Fok's channel. She tried your Ballet inspire HIIT workout. Since then I wanted to try your workouts. I started with this one and I absolutely love it.     This is the best arm workout. It felt really hard at minute #4, when I started to longingly look at the clock and wishing that it would move faster. Then magic happened at minute #8 when my body started to "feel good" for the rest of the workout. This is definitely getting into my regular rotation. Thank you Desiree!

    Tried this again- with my quad roller skates on to work on drills while doing arm work! It was a bit too much coordination, lol. Love this set, though!

    so it's a dreary rainy morning as I set up to do my workout - came across this video to start my routine and your brightness, not only with your outfit 😉but your personality is uplifting!     I loved it! I'm adding this to my list of arm workouts. Until I started doing Pilates and ballet-inspired workouts, I never knew how effective weightless arm workouts could be. Also in Indian classical dance, the arms get quite a workout on their own from all the movements and even just holding them up for prolonged periods of time. One of my favorite arm workouts is Ballet Beautiful Swan Arms. Do you still live in NYC? You should collaborate with Mary Helen Bowers! Also side note, you seriously have such an enviable figure! Slender and toned but still with feminine curves. Haha I don't mean to sound over-flattering, but I had to give the compliment!

    That was great, arms on fire 💪. I had to drop them shortly at #3 but found out that insteasd of dropping them both, continuing with one and and taking turns until I was ready to use both again was a good solution. Happy about that 😁 I'm sure if I keep practicing I will master this challenge.
