My workout was more like 45 minutes because I had to stop to pant like a dying dog every 5 minutes but this was very fun. I'm very out of shape but I hope to eventually be better. Thank you!!!!
Update from a few weeks later: I only needed one break this time!!!!!!! I got mega cramps at the beginning and needed some water but after that I did the whole thing!!!!!! Wow!!!! This workout is a fav!!! A undercover burner for sure - I drastically underestimated how sweaty and heart pumping it was (added 5 pound leg weights and used 2 or 5 pound hand weights for each exercise)

Loved this. Getting back into shape after period of illness so having the cardio without the jumping etc meant I could get through the whole thing without stopping which helps with stamina.

I wanted to say THANK YOU! This year I was diagnosed with Autoimmune Dysautonomia. I've struggled with working out and yoga for decades not knowing why I felt so sick and dizzy going from moves like downward dog to raising up. I can't do motions where my head goes up to fast or getting up from the floor a bunch of times during a work out. I felt like a failure trying so many different videos where they say beginner but is never beginner. This video is everything I need and living in an apartment the quietness is key. oooo Desiree!! I came from 30 min fat melt pilates Hiit so I wasn't sure if I could complete this one but after a while came as meditation this repetition! Day 20th it was the most challenging for me! thank you for gave me the chance to believe to my self and to don't give up. To gave me motivation and really good vibes. You are a treasure !!

Today was Day 20 of the challenge and I knew that first HIIT workout was a tough one, and I was happy to see how I've progressed since the last time I did it. But this one was so deceiving! Oh my... 🥵🔥🥵 The burn and sweat was real. I was surprised at how intense this one ended up being without any jumping. I loved it! ❤️✨🔝 You know how to keep it creative, fun and effective. 👑🙌🏻

My favorite cardio workout thus far. Absolutely Love. Recently bought a dense thick workout mat for my workout. Neighbor down stairs did not hear a peep. I hope you make more quiet cardio videos. I measured in at 188.4LBS at day 2 (forgot to weigh at day 1). I'm going to do this for a month and see where I'm at. It's already easier to do on day 4, so I am looking forward to progress!

I've done this one a few times and absolutely love it. It feels like so much more... I think it's cos there's no jumping. Which I LOVE! Looking at my Heart Rate stats (I'm 55 years old), I was in Zone 3 for 9 minutes, and Zone 4 for nearly 4.5 minutes. Ave heart rate 134bpm. kcal 161. I'm gonna do this one AGAIN and again. Especially on a Friday when I sometimes struggle to get motivated. Are there others like this one? LOVE YOU, Desiree!!!!! :-)

No matter how hard I try to use my abs which is on fire btw😍 my hip flexor is dying Nd causes me to not do the actually ab series:( my knees doesn't like being together/parallel
You can try adding in some external rotation (aka turnout) but just make sure your knees and tracking in line with your toes! 🥰💖👍🏼
