Did this today, and I am still not feeling my legs! So intense without weights and feel like you have worked your body hard. This type of workout uses muscles you don't use in typical gym classes, lifting weights and other workouts. Cardio like running, spinning, etc does not work these muscles, and this is how the body is supposed to work- not high impact jumping up and down! I wish I could attend pilates like this but I the classes near me are not like this and just simple core work! Tomorrow I'm planning one of the hiit ones again.

I’m currently on Day 4 of the Ballet Challenge and I’m already excited for this workout with you! I’m always starting my day with you displayed on my TV screen and me enjoying my workout for the first time in a long time. All these typical fitness workouts are with loud music and of course you sweat a lot but I never really enjoyed what I was doing. With your workouts it’s a whole different feeling. I love the music you’re adding. It’s so calm and nice! So even if you’re doing something really hard it kind of calms you and pats you on your back gently as if it was saying that one can be gentle and patient with oneself when an exercise does not look the same on me as it does on you (flexibility, strength, etc.) Long story short, even if I’m in the beginning of this challenge, I’m still super excited to get up every day to work out with you!! I normally despise HIIT, and I usually skip any videos labeled that way. Since this one also said it was Ballates based, I thought I'd give it a try. SOOO HARD! BUT SOOOO GOOD!!! 😍 I loved that it was challenging, with a tad of cardio, but "NO JUMPING". In the future, I won't skip over your HIIT labeled workouts. This was amazing, and nothing like the classes I've tried in the past. Thank you.🙏

This was a challenging workout but I enjoyed it! I have a shoulder injury and none of the exercises gave me much trouble. My legs began shaking towards the end of the workout as I do not have much flexiblity but I know that they will become stronger. My goal is to tone and this will definitely do it. Thank you! :-)

Oh my! I have LOOOVED this workout 🤩 So intense but so much fun! The last exercise was impossible for me to do though. Not that it hurted, but my back was totally stiff 😞 But all the rest...BRILLIANT! Seriously Desirée, I've told you in other videos as well, but you're amazing.
