This was SO great!! I love not only the physical challenge but also the mental one. I feel like you gave perfect instruction and then creating that space for us to follow our own flow/bodies - that's really nice. The third flow was my favorite - those roll overs/jack knife's are so fun!

I LOVED this! Think and move! Desiree , your creativity is astounding! I really did have to think. I confess I had to look at the screen often too! The fourth flow, I moved my arms out and legs inward when restarting but kept going anyway. This was fun and very much a workout, I needed, indeed! Must give a shoutout to that adorable, sweet Lulu, what a cutie!!

I’m so glad you liked it! Be sure to keep up with your stretching - you need hamstring flexibility in order to stretch your legs fully in your teaser pose! 🤗🤗🤗
Gosh, that went by really fast! I have some questions/guidance: I don't have a lot of room to bring my arms and legs out, so what alternative could I do for the plank splits? (27:50 timestamp).
And second, when in ballet second position (timestamp 28:55), what can I do with my arms rather than have them outstretched? (same with the saw movement at timestamp 3:38). Thank you!🥰
For plank splits you can modify by bringing your knee to your elbow. For ballet second position you can just place your hands on hips…and for saw just place your arms down by your sides, twist the body then float the arms up to bend forward. 😘💕
I love you Desiree! You are such a sunshine and creative with all workouts, well you are the artist in the end. I train with you for so many years.🥰🥰🥰 Though I slightly disagree with you insta post about diet. You have that typical ballet body. I'm sure you eat few, train regularly, but most important you have that muscle "deposit" since begin of career. So IMHO no, non pro-dancer cannot have such body shape, never, no matter what one eats. Same with swimmer or gymnast body shape. Those are hours, days, years of technics and discipline. Sport develops all muscles, especially deep layer simultaneously, that what one cannot achieve artificially at gym. Therefore one should not set you as a target while working out, rather enjoy your trainings for body and mind. Realistic targets are healthy. But of course gluten makes all of us fluffy ))))
I am curious what it is exactly that you disagree with? When I do any post about health and wellness, I always stress that we are all different and wonderful and unique and have to find what works best for us. I NEVER claimed that if you do my workouts and follow my exact diet, you will look like me. Nonetheless, I am very appreciative of your support and very happy that you continue to enjoy my workouts. 💖
@@DansiqueFitness Sorry Desiree I was not precise. I mean IMHO one can have similar body shape to yours if one eats similar amount of calories and trains at similar level, similar amount of years. Of course similar doesn't mean anatomically identical etc. But as for muscular quality - yes. So yes, one potentially can look like you, but single "what you eat" is not enough for that, rather how much you eat or how much you dance. Disagreement was about the part that IMHO there is nothing bad people look at you as role model, because you look gorgeous indeed. Just one has to be realistic. And from that perspective knowledge about your diet can help to understand the reality. Hope now it's clear.😁Love. 🥰

Are you planning on doing a video about middle split, sometime? I'm trying to achieve it and it's NOT going well. I saw that you have the hip opener exercise on 12.13 and it's so good, but it hurts

And as far as middle splits…you just have to do them…everyday! And yes, that hip opener vid will help a lot. I know stretching isn’t always pleasant…but “no pain no gain!” Keep at it…it’ll get easier, but you have to stay consistent! 🥰🥰🥰
