I subscribe to your studio but my iPad was having a bit of a moment so did this utube class instead! Again another lovely uplifting class. Challenging but manageable, I can nearly do teaser, not as elegantly as you but on the way. Thank you Katja xx

Thank you Katja some tricky little moves for a new hipper! Could you consider a routine for people who struggle with flexibility especially legs going out to the side (ie kneeling with a side leg movement opposite to leg stretching back) thank you so much for all you do Bx
🙏😊🙏 Ideally you practice every day a little bit, even 10mins a day will all add up eventually. if you have more time, you could aim for 3-4 times to fit in 30 mins sessions to feel quicker progress...
