First time doing pilates on the deck of my boat. Glad this practice was primarily lying on the mat. The last balancing exercise was extra challenging due to small waves rocking the boat 😅

Finally could get down to this third part of the summer series, this evening. Knotted a long resistance band and tried to follow the routine... Glutes are all afire now! A great 3 part series 🎉🎉🎉👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏
I’ve done this session 8 times now, and I’m still knackered by the end, especially the ‘figure 4’ on one leg! But, I’m getting better each time😊. Thanks Katja
