  • Join me for this 3-part summer series getting into the summer vibe: feeling strong inside & out, energised, uplifted and rejuvenated. You can practice each part on it's own or combine and mix & match the 3 routines.
    Firm and strengthen your booty and tone your legs - you can use the resistance loop / band to add some more resistance or all exercises can be practiced without. Enjoy!🌞

    Love ❤️all three parts of the summer series. Also at 7:20 two magpies come to visit your garden, one (7:47) also looks inside, very funny 😂 See them more often in your videos.

    Loved this for the glutes - that part where both knees are going out against the band while in a pelvic tilt was special!

    First time doing pilates on the deck of my boat. Glad this practice was primarily lying on the mat. The last balancing exercise was extra challenging due to small waves rocking the boat 😅

    Just tried the glutes and leg workout with the band - can really feel it in the glutes! Thank you - another great workout 😊
