I DID IT! I was tempted to stop at the halfway point, but realized if I'm going to get back into conditioning I need to push myself a little bit. You are ingenious with combinations of exercises! I didn't realize the format until I'd committed and it's intense! Got my heart rate up, I'm sweating, and I have room for improvement over time. Your encouragement are everything. I even hear you saying, "Don't you dare give up!" in my head when I'm finishing a run!! 💜

@@DansiqueFitness I'm really looking forward to see my body change, that's what keeps me going, may I not lose sight of that goal. Please keep me in your thoughts that I consistently continue your routines. Some I absolutely love, others a love /hate. ;) I have not been able to do these everyday. Skipped 2 days in between two of your challenges. Oh AND, my diet. May I only crave good healthy food. When I do have a treat, it's usually only a handful of something. But still...like you said, you can't outexercise an unhealthy diet.
