Your back-videos are both relaxing and effective. (Good combination.)
I do them after one of your ballet workouts (which are not so relaxing...(at least not while they last...)) I also do your splits-film after the more hefty exercises. In ny opinion (you don't have to agree) it has more challenging exercises for front splits than for middle split. Since I don't do that film just to relax afterwards but also to evolve as a human being (or at least to be better at splits...) I would like to say that I would gladly follow a video with more exercises for middle split.

Yes! This exercise will really strengthen and tone the back...but remember, if you’re looking to get rid of fat, you should pair this workout with one of my HIIT workouts to really burn fat! 🔥🔥🔥

Like your body and your channel,But I hope your action can be explained in more detail.Sometimes I don't quite understand how to do the right posture.It would be better if an action could be done many times and explained more.Of course, adding a version with a ballet background would add to my enthusiasm

That's a hard question to answer as it depends on each individual...how often you exercise, what kind of effort you put into your workouts, what your diet is like...etc.
