Titan Pallet Forks - amzn.to/3O8KNvs
On this episode of Projects With Paul, I will test the front end loader lifting capacity using my Titan pallet forks and 200 gallons of water. Thanks for watching. Please like, subscribe, comment and share. Хобби
The LB150 loader is rated to 2200lbs full height and 3660lb breakout, I believe the breakout is 24 inches.
As you mentioned these ratings are at the pins and the center of gravity of the water tank is significantly forward of the pins. Also keep in mind the tractor doesn't have full hydraulic pressure at an idol. That is achieved somewhere Beyond one-third of the RPM.
Overall a very impressive display of the tractors capability!
Thanks for the video!
Because your testimony I’m getting one thanks for the help
@@marcodasilva5214 You will not be disappointed.
We own the same tractor---just hit 50 hours on it this past weekend, in fact---and I can confirm the same results: The tractor can absolutely lift more at the front than the tractor itself can handle in the back. I have moved some VERY large tree trunks with mine, actually high enough to load them onto a flatbed truck. I've also done many full buckets of gravel with no difficulty. I keep a 5 foot finishing mower on the back for weight (and general use), but my tires are not filled. Overall an incredibly impressive machine, and with the super low range selection and 4wd, it can actually MOVE the things it can pick up.
Yes it is impressive!
Branson Strong! Nice Paul! Flex!
Haha, thanks Kyle.
New sub here Wow !! 👍That was very impressive and it sounded like you did it at idle that is a very strong tractor ☀️😁👍👍from Mitch
Amazing little workhorse...
It Is. Thanks for watching.
Thanks for putting this one together! I got my 2515h a couple weeks ago and have about 10 hours so far. I plan to make the same mods you’ve done! I need to figure out a good ballast system for every day operating… Keep them coming!
Awesome, thanks for watching. I also need to make a good ballast box for mine.
And, thanks for subscribing.
Impressive
Its amazing what these little tractors can do, keep in mind your 2200lb lift capacity is also to full height at the pins! The breakout is a bit higher!
Yeah it is amazing. There's no way I would pick that much weight up to full height. Thanks for watching.
Hey there Paul.... watching with interest as we will be getting a tractor next year!🧑🌾🇨🇦🧑🌾

Awesome! Thanks for watching.
See you soon Paul and let’s stay connected!
@@gbltheolechurch5acrehomestead Absolutley!
I have this tractor and i chose it for it's lifting capacity and it's analog engine systems. Digital isn't needed on these tractors and only raises repair costs. My 2515 has been flawless in its first 50 hrs of operations. Out performs all other tractors in it's class and has a nice purchase price compared to JD and Kabota.
I couldn't agree more. That's exactly why I bought mine. Thanks for watching. I have some other videos of it.
Enough power for its weight?
@gainingground not mine but what I always thinking of doing with my 2540
I'm JD fan but very cool!
I like them all. This one just fit my needs and budget. Thanks for watching Ricky!
I tried picking up and moving the max for my 3520r and I found the weak point. It wasn't the pins it was the quick attatch coupler I don't think there rated for as much as the pins.
i have that exact tractor. havent much that thing cant do. pallet forks are a must. use them more the the bucket.
Thanks for watching. I agree, it is awesome for its size.
What's your fuel consumption like? I only have 12 hours on my machine but have gone through two tanks of fuel. My old New Holland would gone a month on that much fuel.
I have this exact tractor. I have 10 acres and it is perfect. I flattened a big area. I have mowed/ brush hogged. I move heavy things with forks (not no where near 2k lbs).
Its an amazing little tractor. Thanks for watching.
Enough power for weigh? What size mower?
@@chadh7559 i use 5 foot brush hog and a 6 foot finishing
So I am wondering if I had a ton of grain delivered, would this tractor be able to take it off the back end of the semi truck? You didn't lift very high so I am concerned the answer would be no. Thoughts?
It will definitely lift it high enough. You just need a lot of ballast. My ballast box is about 700 pounds but my tires aren't filled with any fluid. 700 pounds of ballast plus filled tires and it will handle it. Thanks for watching.
I have a 2515R. With ballast filled tires. With 5 ft Shredder in back. TOTE COMPLETELY FULL TO BRIM. WILL PICK IT UP AND HAUL IT. 1ST CURL THE TOTE INWARD TOWARDS TRACTOR PULLING CYLINDERS IN AS FAR AS WILL GO THEN PROCEED TO LIFT. THIS TRANSFERS SOME WEIGHT CLOSER TO THE PINS..
Not sure if it was the lighting or not, but your front tires seemed to be low and squishy, even when you lifted even at the 100 gallon mark. It certainly doesn't help the "bouncy" feeling. As I've learned LOL.
Thank you. I'll check them out.
Paul I got a 2515 in march add the loader will not stay up after I walk away from it. Do you have any Ideas?
Hyd. fluid is bypassing somewhere probably in your control valve. I would call the dealer and talk to them. Good luck.
What about driving with this load?
It would be really interesting!
Yeah if I had the proper ballast, I dont think it would be a problem. Thanks for watching.
Would not want that weight for daily travel on my front end. It is very neat that it can lift that.
@@beaushirley4668 Yesterday I put three parts of firewood - 1.200lb each - with my front loader from the street into the storage. Even driving - slowly - was no problem with my Branson 5025C, exiting :)
We’re you only idling? Seemed like it. Thanks
I think I was
Go ahead and load it up! Check the Branson blog and
see how many of these Branson tractors have cracked in half. I know because mine cracked twice. DON'T DON'T DO IT!
Kathy, I am considering buying one of these tractors. Can you elaborate a bit on your comment? I'd like to know more before I buy..
Helo sahabat 🇮🇩
I got a text from the dealer and it read it was not covered and would not talk to me unitl I pay $240.00 I think I got a lawer in the next few days
you need to take into account leverage on both ends, either way that is a little beast! you wont see one of them there KU-BOATERS lift that
Haha, you are correct. Thanks for watching
Nice tractor! Nothing to it!
I believe a gallon of water weighs 8.33 pounds so 200 pounds of water equals 1,666 pounds. I doubt the empty poly tank and cage weigh 334 pounds. Still an impressive machine at 25HP.
You are correct but i also figured in the weight of the fork attachment. Thanks for watching.
I didn't even think of the weight of the forks. @@ProjectsWithPaul
Why did you just lift 2ft of the ground you should lift up more
Thats all that is needed to transport it. Thanks for watching.
You didn’t lift enough to truck bed or trailer
@@marcodasilva5214 I needed more rear ballast to go any higher safely. Its a little scary when you feel the rearend start to come off of the ground.
This is not a realistic test of anything . What is being proved ?
