I tried iTunes, but I never saw the option to synchronize. I bought the expensive Fone program, but it transferred only some of my large folder, & Apple Music never showed more than 24 albums within each is disorder. I re-tried several times.
Make sure your iPhone is well connected to the computer and you have added music to the iTunes music library. After you locate your device in iTunes, you can find the Sync Music option in the Music tab. If your Apple Music is copyrighted , you can't use third-party software to transfer them.

iPad does not allow iTunes upload. How is this possible?
You can transfer music from PC to iPad via iTunes Sync feature.
