    This will sound weird but I’m taking online film class which I have to start shooting soon and I have an iPhone, I placed some saran wrap, one layer over the camera lens to “soften” the look so I don’t get that super sharp clear digital video look, it seems to work. Depending on how soft you want to look to be you could probably layer it with another sheet. I don’t have cinematic look built into my phone

    Based solely on how you opened the video, this was an instant like and subscribe for me. Thank you, I love you.

    I use Moment lenses - wide angle and tele - since 2015. I must believe you don't know them. There are some good options available that do provide great results for shooting on an iPhone without reducing quality or adding distortion. Of course, quality comes with price. So, Moment and other good lenses for the iPhone are not cheap, selling around 90/100 USD. No, Moment's wide doesn't add perceptive distortion, and that's amazing! Try one and you'll see.

    why use only 24fps and not 60fps?

    • @AlteraSound
      @AlteraSound  7 лет назад +7

      24fps is more commonly associated with "cinematic" filmmaking.

      @@AlteraSound if you don't use 24fps it won't look cinematic
