We just got back from a holiday, this class was hard and she is doing her best to kill us all. We were in the gym most days of our holiday but we do not push ourselves as hard as she does. It's great to be back with you all. ❤❤❤

I believe a great deal of ailments I see as a primary care doctor could be prevented or cured with yoga and meditation. Oh my goodness, SO SPICY! My arms are burning! haha but my legs are also feeling this. loved this flow! Enjoyed the standing splits and the intense side angle pose, the crazy intense low plank sequence and crow at the end...really ALL so good and such a perfect combination of postures! Thank you SO much! 🙏💖
Geez Tana, that was challenging! But, I did some moves I've never done before. When you described one of them, from forearm plank to bringing the knee up to the elbow, I thought nope I can't do that! Then you said give it a go, so I did, it was sweaty, sticky and wobbly, but I did it!! I'm over the moon! Am saving this one. Thank you SO much, you're an absolute treasure. x🙏🏽💚

Hi tana , love your flows and have been doing them with you for a month now. I struggle with the 3 legged dog pose , any tips? Also my hands rarely touch the ground when we’re trying to straighten one leg with finger tips on the ground. :( any help would be great
