    Ingredients:
    500g, Pig liver
    4 cloves, Garlic
    1/2 Onion
    200g, Green Onions
    Cooking Oil
    1 tbsp, Palm Sugar
    1 tbsp, Oyster Sauce
    1 tbsp, Fish Sauce
    1/4 tsp, Salt
    Pepper Powder, to taste.
    Method:
    1. Cut the liver into medium slices.
    2. Blanch the pig liver into the boiling water for about 1 minutes, then scoop off the liver.
    3. Add the chopped garlic and fry until fragrant, about 15 seconds.
    4. Add the liver and fry until completely cooked, 2 to 3 minutes.
    5. Add the palm sugar and stir the sugar until melted, a few seconds.
    6. Season with oyster sauce, fish sauce, salt and peppers. Stir fry to combine well.
    7. Add the onion and fry until soft, about 30 seconds.
