Electric Bike battery problem - Is this E-bike battery safe?

My E-bike was not charging and I finally fixed it! This is how I fixed my e-bike.

1put the battery in the bag plug it up to the charger drop battery 1, 2, 3 times then plug it up that should cause a fire shortly in that bag. if you wanna see if the bag works

But the battery won’t take a charge because I think it has a bad cell?

you can also try charging it through the discharge connector, if you are getting power out, you might be able to put power in there
if you overcharge the battery, that is almost a sure fire, but can also be explosively so, as the cells become mini rockets.
take extreme care if you do decide to perform this test to insure that you dont injure someone in the aftermath.
your gopro may become a causality.

Giving a guess that fuse in someway caused the problem. The new battery fixed that problem.

Possibly but probably the reason for removing the fuse is BMS has one built-in
