all the products mentioned here help make my hair more manageable, generally i just leave it to do it's thing but here I'd blowdried it which is why it has more volume x
i totally sympathise! if you're a mousey/dark blonde colour naturally just have one set of highlights .. if your blonde i used satin blonde from castings to tone down my highlights. Hair loss wise its the hardest thing to deal with and I have no advice :( x
Aussie has a three minute miracle that is FANTASTIC you just put it in like a regular conditioner and it is super deep down moisturizing!! And your hair feels so great for days afterword. I highly recommend it! Another plus is that is smells great too!
...which has nothing to do with chemical processing. I hold my hands up to the many things I put my hair through but don't deny the possibility of postpartum hair loss, it's very common! I mentioned it in this video purely as background, the loss was not due to any sort of damage.
I love the healing oil, i use it in bleach and colours when i'm colouring someones hair. It makes the bleach less harsh on the hair but doesn't stop it working xx
first thing before anything else use two lots of colour remover (like colourb4) annd see how much of the black you can take out before touching bleach x
I was compelled to buy the Aussie moist 3 minute miracle and it did bring some moisture to my hair after I bleached it, it makes my hair suuuuuuuper frizzy!!!! I dunno why but it does!
When I repeatedly bleached the crap out of my hair over two days, I put two sachets of the Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Reconstructing masque on my hair, covered it in a plastic bag and just left it on basically all day (occasionally blasting with a hair drier), my hair felt in better condition than before I'd bleached it and its soooo cheap too! Like 75p per sachet!
Well it was because of your video where you mentioned it that I decided to purchase it as it wasn't actually one of the items I got in my glossybox. I'm sooo glad that I bought it though, it made my hair so soft and smooth and I loved the way the smell lingered. Definitely AH-MAZING haha...thanks for the recommendation x
up to 3 cm from your scalp? I'm not sure what that part of you comment referred to. I suffered postpartum hair loss which a lot of women experience. I'm sorry if you think I'm fabricating this but it's a fact! During pregnancy most women find their hair is fuller than normal, this is because you're not shedding the hair you usually would. After the baby is born you lose that hair but some experience extra loss. After both of my children I developed balding spots around my temples...
You've just reminded me about that Neal Wolf Conditioner...I used to have it not long back but ran out of it and I absolutely loved the smell of it and the way the smell stayed in my hair and conditioned it really nicely as well. Might be time to repurchase! =)
I know you always say you don't like sulfate free shampoos but I really recommend the Naked range! They are amazing! They don't work wonders to start with but I find that after about a week of using them my hair seems to retain moisture on it's own without the help of oils etc! Doesn't get as dry on the ends and a lot less falls out as well! The Naked Blonder range is probably the best, smells amazing and the conditioner is really thick and nourishing. Really recommend you give them a go! :) x
I once used sun in on my hair (aka bleach) and it totally ruined my hair, it was long but just kept snapping off mid length and it was so dry and had a really nasty, texture and oh it was just awful! I used the L'Oreal Elvive Damage Care 10X Ceramide Leave-In Concentrate and it seriously saved my hair! gr8 video as always babe x
Try Boots coconut and almond intensive hair mask!! I have long, dry, dyed blonde, damaged hair. This is the best bargain conditioner i've ever tried. £1.99/350ml.
I've always been really strict with my hair routine, I wash it every 3 days, I use shampoo and conditioner every time I wash it, and once a fortnight I use a hair oil to give it a moisture boost and leave that on for an hour before I wash it out. I always use high quality heat protection when I style my hair and I prefer to avoid hair straighteners as much as possible. I'm growing my hair out from a bob right now and it's so hard because with short hair you need to style it a lot.
morrocan oil or argan oil are really amazing too. my hair has been bleached and used to be all stretchy and crumbly now its really soft and strong after using it about 3 times. =]
@traceybabehxo hey just saw your comment so i thought id answer! i had black hair last week and decided to bleach it! my hair was in real good condition before hand and it didn't damage it too much but about an inch at the end is burnt and a few pieces at the front broke off! plus with the build up of colour it didn't take out all the black!x
your hair looks so nice and shiny but if you ever need to lighten it you could try scott cornwall de stripper its new it lightens your hair like bleach but its not bleach if that makes sense.i also have just tried the new argania oil from new zealand its available in boots its £15 but on offer for £10 they also have shampoo and cond the oil is brilliant its transformed my hair .
My hair is just a bit shorter than yours , layered and pretty thick but I find it really hard to style it nicely because its always either uncontrollable or doesn't look exactly how I want it to so I end up just having it up. It a very similar shape to yours aswell so I was wondering if there are any products that help keep your hair well styled, bouncy, volumised and do what you want it to do? Because yours looks perfect in this video! Sorry this is long but I'm really stuck! Missnails1 xx
You need all the help you can get after the straightening stuff :-( You must be extremely pissed off as you were just getting your hair back on track. In emergencies i use the Boots stuff as an overnight mask - thickly applied to dry unwashed hair and wash it out the following morning. It gives great results. Good luck. X
2 years ago I dyed my hair and the colour was awful and I dyed it again straight after and I literally killed my hair! it was awful I couldn't do anything with it and I had to get LOADS of it cut off.. I've stopped dying my hair all together now :|
Blaming pregnancy for your hairloss, isn't true. Up to 3 cm from your scalp, yes. Since the oil can reach it. And the production of oil can be changed when you're pregnant. But the rest of the hair, will NOT change, during pregnancy. You overprocessed it. Happy it grew back so beautiful, though. :-)
all the products mentioned here help make my hair more manageable, generally i just leave it to do it's thing but here I'd blowdried it which is why it has more volume x
routine make all the difference and time between washes is so important
i totally sympathise! if you're a mousey/dark blonde colour naturally just have one set of highlights .. if your blonde i used satin blonde from castings to tone down my highlights. Hair loss wise its the hardest thing to deal with and I have no advice :( x

smelss AH-MAZING.. the only thing that stops me repurchasing is the cost compared to aussie products which leave my hair just as nice x

I love the healing oil, i use it in bleach and colours when i'm colouring someones hair. It makes the bleach less harsh on the hair but doesn't stop it working xx

I buy it when buyapowa has it on offer, they're always cheapest! otherwise maybe beauty bay or feelunique
A really good conditioner is to put coconut oil on (dry) hair overnight, then wash with a gentle shampoo in the morning.
Try Boots coconut and almond intensive hair mask!! I have long, dry, dyed blonde, damaged hair. This is the best bargain conditioner i've ever tried. £1.99/350ml.
