I'm just discovering this series now, so sorry but I want to see a compilation of her saying that this was her favorite. Bc yes some episodes are clearly soul crushing you can see it and I believe her. But there are so many episodes where she says this is the first time she's enjoyed doing the project. So I'd like someone to compile her saying it for each time, just to look back and be like I'm sure overall it was exhausting not knowing each time which way it was going to go, but it wasn't all bad! She definitely enjoyed some of it!

Then Sohla, Gaby, and other POC in the kitchen revealed they hadn't been paid for their video appearances and negotiations broke down. Claire wasn't a BA employee at that point anyway, she was freelancing, and she and some others (Molly is one) said they wouldn't make videos anymore until the inequity was addressed.

Everytime Christina tells Clair about a certain way to eat a snack I imagine her being the type of person who lays potato chips out on a napkin and arranges then in size and shape, eating the broken chips first and working her way up to the largest perfectly shaped chip to eat last.

It's so weird watching this because I worked in a Ferrero Rocher Factory so I know how they are made! Lots of specialty machinery Claire does a great job.

Wouldn't hurt to know how transformers work as well as the difference between transformer types used for power generation and distribution (Star/Delta, Earthing requirements etc).
But as above, Ohms law and its associated formulas are pretty much guaranteed for a basic electrical aptitude test.

Ferrero's are by far my favorite chocolate treat. They are absolute perfection with the crunchiness of the nuts & wafer you get, as well as the soft squishy chocolate filling, & the beautiful hazelnut flavor. They are a very well designed chocolate
Oh my god I love love love this video! 🥰My major was food and nutrition in the Uni and I did a course which was product development. This video remains me about my experience of developing a food product which was such an interesting experience! I can empathize the happiness when the product was successfully made!🥰🥰

Depends on what factors you're looking at. For speed, accuracy and consistency, the factory method is for sure the best. For the flavor, probably Claire's versions.

Twinkies aren't actually "food" though (they are a food-like product. But not food, which is why they stay soft and cake-y for 6 months+, and no bacteria will eat them). So technically, they're not wasting food if throwing away Twinkies.

My favorite is It’s alive with brad Stevens
I was a temp worker at the factory for about a month while looking for work in my field. We made Nutella in the same factory. The two are deeply connected. Nutella gets used in FR and the misshapen (but otherwise still good) FR get ground up and added to the Nutella. It's like the rain cycle, but for hazelnuts and chocolate.
That's really interesting. It's nice to see that some of these companies do not waste anything. I'm native American and that is such an important thing for my culture.
