Check the battery: Ensure that your controller has enough charge. Connect it to the PS4 using a USB cable and let it charge for a while. Then try turning on the controller and see if it connects.
Reset the controller: On the back of the controller, you'll find a small hole next to the L2 button. Use a paperclip or a similar object to press and hold the reset button for a few seconds. Release the button, then connect the controller to the PS4 using a USB cable and press the PS button to see if it connects.
Connect using USB cable: Connect the controller to the PS4 using a USB cable and press the PS button to establish a connection. Sometimes a wired connection can help establish a stable connection and resolve any wireless issues.
Power cycle the PS4: Turn off the PS4 completely by pressing and holding the power button for about 10 seconds until it beeps twice. Unplug the power cord from the console, wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn on the PS4. Try connecting the controller wirelessly again.

Try a different USB cable: If you're using a USB cable to connect your controller, try using a different cable to rule out any potential cable issues.

Not crazy video I’m getting no-34958-9 error. All the videos are great accept somewhere along each process mine doesn’t match the instructions
None of these are fixing my issue. If I leave it for a few hours it'll act as if it never did anything but when it shuts off in the middle of game play none of this works for re-synicing it

The screen shot and hold ps button helped. Go into settings, devices and then click on the controller you want to pair and voila

I got no clue whats wrong with my controller
When i press the ps button nothing happens. When i plug it into the ps4 it just turns blue and it wont turn on (I have used different cables but nothing works). i have hold the little button on the back over 5 times and nothing works. I have it right now plugged in into the ps4 and its just glowing blue, not orange blinking like the charging and not even blinking blue, just glowing blue. I got no clue how to fix it. Please help
