Also what I found works aswell, if it shows up but doesn’t connect, go to settings, devices Bluetooth devices, go to the controller where it shows up and is not on, click on it, it should say “press the ps button to use controller” and click on the options button on your other controller that is working and click forget device, then just Bluetooth you controller back onto your ps4 and it should work! Hope this helps!

If you’re having this issue and after plugging the charger in and it still won’t work YOU HAVE TO USE A CHARGER THAT WILL CHARGE/SYNC I learned this through the comment section I literally just used my other charger (that syncs things to computers etc) and it worked instantly I almost took my co troller back
