- Do you want to know how to fix your PS5 when it's not connecting to your TV or monitor? In this video, I show you how to fix it when your PS5 is not connecting to your TV and the screen is not showing (i.e., blank with a no HDMI signal detected sign) or there is a black screen. Hope this helps!

Welp I've tried everything multiple cords and TV's, off and on, safe mode, remote play. Definitely going to have to get mine repaired, shits actually ridiculous
it was a thunderstorm power went out of of no where tv came back on lights came back on but the playstation isn’t coming back on it’s on with the lights but no signal but controllers and everything comes on

My PS5 was turning on, but not inputting to the TV screen. I had switched around HDMI cables from my TV and still nothing showed up. All I had to do was turn off the power strip and turned it back on and everything was fixed.
What do you mean power strip

I tried every hdmi cord I have and every hdmi output in the TV and it wont work. Can easily connect it to my monitor but no matter what I try it wont find a signal. The TV says it detects the Ps5 but I cant get no fucking picture

how do you get to safe mode on the tv if I can't even connect my ps5 to the tv and the screen is black like l video
I'm having the no signal problem at the moment. Can't even get it into safe mode. But it works on a different TV. Also, to mention, an xbox series x still works on the tv in every hdmi port. The ps5 doesn't work in any of them on that tv even though it did up until 2 days ago.

@othman5786 hiya. No I didn't fix it. In the end we just decided to set my sons ps5 up on his pc monitor instead. For whatever reason it just decided not to work with the older LG TV that it wad originally plugged in to. I tried everything I could think of to get it working on there, but all to no avail

@@othman5786 sadly not no. It didn't make sense that it happened or that the console would still work fine on other televisions. So I just gave up in the end and left it plugged in to a different screen.

My PS5 turns on ok,but on the t.v says no signal, I tried on a different t.v and it says the same . Two days ago was working fine, I tried safe mode and it still says no signal(is it on) on the t.v.

NYou basically have to u plug your ps5 or your tv. Happens if I don’t shut down my ps5 and let it go into rest mode by itself. Something ps4 never had to do

I've used three different HDMI cords, even a $50 braided one from PlayStation themself. I also used three different TVs and yes I did change the source each HDMI, I use two different power cords, tried troubleshooting it and try to put it on safe mode. Still didn't work. The entire PlayStation is completely on just my screen is black and says no signal somebody. Please help.

I got a ps5 yesterday and i just cant connect it i tried changing hdmi cable cleaning it but nothing i havent even got that "plug your controller in" screen it hasnt even shown the ps logo and i cant get in safe mode but i suspect that its coz my controller hasnt even got the software update that it gets after you first start a ps 5

I fixed mine by unplugging the tv itself from the power and switching it back on
For those running a surround setup (as you all should be)...check that your surround system didn't somehow get shut off!

Exactly the same problem I have, it even detects the ps5, and switching to the hdmi port the ps5 is plugged into even powers the ps5 up. It just doesn't display anything. It cut out mid game and no cable or port is working.
