  • Forearm exercises ! how to pump up your arms, how to pump up your forearms?
    This is a new video with new exercises for pumping the forearms. In this video I will show you the 5 best exercises for this muscle group.
    Exercises that will help your forearms grow can be done at home, but it is advisable to have dumbbells and appropriate equipment.
    Also, do not forget that for large forearms, the hands as a whole should have some muscle mass, and for this you need to eat right 😋
    as you have noticed, they are small for me, so I continue to do these exercises twice a week.

    Guys yes the thumbnail is infact not real it will not happen in 7 days, but it does infact grow and help a lot these exercises are very good forearm exercises and will at least take 3-4 or maybe more weeks, but remember to be consistent with the exercise otherwise it wont work.
