I LOVE how this was not really too challenging but my heart rate was UP in a steady state. Still perfect recovering from those leg workings yesterday 😅. Just loved how high my heart rate got but nothing too intense :) made my cool-down longer by walking for about a min, then doing some deep hip-flexor/calf/sciatic stretches, the doing your stretched 🥰

I just stumbled on this workout and gave it a shot. I loved it! I broke a good sweat and all the moves were doable. I have right hip pain so a lot of workouts with twists, squats and jumps make it worse and makes me want to not bother working out. I’m going to check out others on your channel. Thank you!
9/7/2023 age 49. Wore an Apple Watch for the workout set at indoor walking. 4.11 miles (I walked a little) 46 minutes total calories 606 active calories 516. Averaged 11 minutes a mile. Great for the knees.

Another great workout.. I fell a little short of the 5000 steps as I used my mini trampoline for the quick steps (obviously not as quick as yours 😂). I also held small 450g hand weights for 3 of the rounds.. Btw, love your family of kettlebells in the corner, I need me some 😉. Thanks again for the fantastic workout..
