I have been trying to reach someone at boxycharm for over a week now. That boxybot does not do a darn thing. I haven’t got one email from a person yet. Someone contact me from boxy! There was a charge on my card that I did not permit. And i have taken screen shots of all of the times I tried reaching out to boxycharm with no response back at all.
This is bad customer service at the least

If you are a “charmer” don’t bother ever trying to reach out to customer service… their boxy bot definitely isn’t charming. And then they never bother getting back to you at all. Started a “ ticket” with them and never heard back that was last week. Contacted them again this week. Still not a word. Like isn’t your business big enough to have a proper customer service ?

Or FedEx vs using Pitney Bowes who keeps your boxes in Atlanta for weeks...... Yep thanks for that dumb decision ipsy.........the label for my boxes was created on the 11th, Pitney Bowes received the boxes on the 15th. Those boxes are still sitting in Atlanta and there has been no update on their movement. Good job 👏👏👏👏really.. What a fantastic job....... Rolling my eyes 👀 and smh 🤦‍♂️.
