I disagree with the psychologist who said he was not aware of right from wrong. If he was not aware, he wouldn’t have tried to hide the body. Someone who is aware either confesses or tries to hide the evidence, which he did.

If you are worried listen to your gut and stay clear of him. I have a younger brother who has been spoiled to death he's always stealing from ppl and lying, hes not violent thank goodness but he has stolen from me a lot and is a compulsive liar. I just got sick of his crap and I dont hang around or leave stuff out around him.
Its unfortunate but we don't pick the ppl we're relatable to sometimes the ppl who we are related can be just as bad as ppl in the streets and we have to treat them accordingly for our own well being and to not be taken advantage of.

This case is similar to one that went on in my step mom’s neighborhood as a kid. There was a 14 year old boy who killed a 7 year old girl and hid the body in his room under his bed for TWO WHOLE MONTHS while pretending to look for her. And no one suspected him. She was an innocent child and didn’t do anything. But it was kinda dumb too. Did his parents just not go into the room and be like “Oh why does my sons room stink so much? “

I finally found your channel after years, I remember when I was young I used to watch your videos where you were reading horror comics or watching horror stuff but I grew out of it for some reason, one day I suddenly remembered about you and I wanted to see what videos you were uploading now. 12 years for Murder-2? o_O Yeah... that's messed up. Around as bad as the story of Reena Virk from Greater Victoria, BC, whose killer got seven years for murder-1.
Siblings can have differences... Especially if they are the completely opposite. Personally I currently don't have contact with my sister due to bad choices she made (and it's not just a different career but her throwing her life away). That being said I still love her, she is my sister and how anyone could do something horrible like this to another person and even his sister is beyond my understanding. Even if she said some horrible things there's no excuse (and worst part is we can't even hear her version because personally I think it sounds strange she kept mocking him when he already beat her up). So this part doesn't sound very believable either. Such a tragic and sad story :(.
Also I don't understand their parents. Of course he is still their son but like you said... she was their daughter and that means something too. Or it should at least.

That was really unfair for the sister he killed her just for wanting to do what makes her happy and her parents didn't care no not her parents if they didn't care that she cared they shouldn't be considered her parents they used alot of money to try to make his son innocent showing that the family was agreeing with him because she didn't want to be a dentist they probably were toxic parents who think the parent is always right and should choose every decision of the child and her death must have been so long and painful he should have been sentenced like 80 or 90 years or for whatever the average lifespan of people are in that country

I think it was a split second action. They were in shock upon finding Asumi's body n proceeded to call the police out of panic n grief. It was after they likely took time to process the situation that they decided to defend him.

Yuki heard the song Be A Dentist one too many times and decided it was a way of life. Dude was definitely sick in the head, poor Azumi...
The way his family went about this is very complicated in my opinion and requires greater insight into their family dynamics and their mental states and strength of bonds.
Had Yuki always been mentally unstable? Were there signs that went unnoticed or were overlooked, such as how he’d make people suspect he harbored lust for Azumi?
How much did their family genuinely care for them? Did they hold their good names and wealth above all else and that’s why they tried to make it seem Yuki was mentally unstable? To save their reputation? Or were they in denial about Yuki and his crime, and couldn’t bear losing another child and admitting what he was?
Did Azumi truly say all those things to Yuki? How much pressure were both of them under? Had they even been close at all at any point in their lives? Or had they always hated each other for one reason or another?
Honestly, in my opinion, this case is in a grey area and I blame this crime on the parents. It doesn’t seem like they were very encouraging or supportive of their children and cared more about their reputation as dentists and rich assholes than their childrens well-being, which could’ve led to Yuki’s mental decline and Azumi’s irate comments. It shouldn’t have happened.
Be that as it may, I believe a majority of the responsibility falls on Yuki. He made the choice to kill his sister who was also struggling like he was.
Whatever transgressions he has should've never escalated to murder n in that aspect, he has no one to blame but himself.
That guy was Demon Possessed and is Evil Spirits Possessed. I seen his eyes...dim light n his body and soul/Spirit. Darken Smoky dim light eyes and ...the famous/infamous Evil Spirits smile of satisfyd pleasure.

When we were really little, my brother and I were really close. He had a bad temper and whenever he was in a bad mood, I knew to just stay away and keep quiet. He often got into trouble, but would blame everything on me. My parents never believed him, though, because I never did the things he accused me of doing, and my parents could always see through his lies. For that, I think he sort of held a grudge against me, because he felt like my parents loved me more than him. My dad was kind of hard on him, so he often got annoyed with him. He and my mom often argued, but would talk things out and hug.
I grew to be somewhat afraid of my brother because of his bad temper, and because of that, it is hard for me to talk to him now, these days, when he’s changed for the better. My mom once told me how he thought it was his fault that I had trouble talking to others, and had trust issues later in life. I’m almost 32, but even though I’ve come a long ways since high school and college, I still have so much fear in me. I often wish to be able to go out and do things, to travel, but I get scared, knowing I’d have to do it on my own. Just the thought of traveling on my own, kind of scares me. I really want to go to Ireland, but I wouldn’t know what to do there if I went by myself. It would be easier if I had a group of friends to go with, but I don’t really have any close friends anymore…
You poor thing, I’m so sorry you had to go through that… but seriously don’t travel alone. It’s not safe, you’re right not to do so. Ppl who travel alone have gone missing, been abducted, raped, murdered, etc. and the police won’t be on your side. However, it’s never too late to make friends. I think that’s a great place to start. Maybe also try therapy to work through this intense fear you have?
@@autumnlove96able My brother has been a lot better, now that he’s out of high school. He used to have a lot of friends, but had a falling out with them. When he went to college, he was so much happier. I still sometimes have trouble having conversations with him, but it’s mostly because I don’t know what to talk about with him. My friends all went their separate ways, and I don’t talk to them anymore, except one every now and then.
Its hard traveling alone as a woman which I assume you are. Especially to a place your unfamiliar with. I think it okay if you've already been there before but if not ppl can try to take advantage of you cause your a tourist, your alone, and your a woman. You can also end up in a bad area without even realizing it but you can look into travel groups there are some for women and try to make friends that way.

He should have tried other medical fields and his family should have gotten him help because dude was incestuous and sick in his head.

I'm sorry but no. I don't care how 'clinically insane' he claims to be, the severity of his actions n his self awareness during the incident (the numerous attempts made on killing her, trying to get rid of the body, n even discribing his actions in full detail) shows that he knew what he was doing.
His parents obviously aren't going to win mother or father of the year but i have no sympathy for Yuki whatsoever. All of that goes to Asumi n the absolute hell she went through in life n death along with the utter betrayal from her family attempting to defend her killer.
If u ask me, Yuki should've stayed in prison for life after what he did to his own sister.

Guy was totally aware of what he did that day. He did multiple attempt of murder before he drowned her. And then cut her body to pieces, hid it, and lied to his family that the smell was coming from his dead pet. Totally aware for sure.
The parents were to blame. If they let them choose whatever they wanted their daughter should still be alive. I think they felt guilty and defended their son.

I think them trying to get him labeled as mentally ill has more to do with their reputation because if they are just ‘crazy’ it’s not his or the parent’s fault he ended up that way otherwise people would think they must have done something to him to end up like that or that maybe even whole family must secretly be horrible people.
I’m sure the parents were very overbearing and controlling parents who couldn’t accept their children not being the model they imagined them to be. But because of this, all that pressure could have drove him to become mentally ill. Also considering in his confession that he heard his sister still bullying/mocking him during the beating with the kendo stick (which would be rare considering I doubt anyone would keep bullying the person that is beating you up), he may have been having hallucinations where you hear things that aren’t being said. There was another case where a son killed his mother but even after killing her, he cut up her mouth up because he kept hearing her. So this may have been the case for him during the beating. HOWEVER, I don’t think he should have been trialed and sentenced as “mentally insane/unstable” considering he tried to kill her in so many ways, cleaned the whole house after the killing, cut her up, and even went to study camp after. He should have gotten a longer sentence (like life) and I feel horrible for the sister, especially since even after her death, her parents still didn’t care about her. All the parents cared was their own reputation.
@@soratatami9070 I think you are right about how he ended up that way. Even if you are born with psychopathy it’s only under the ‘right circumstances’ you end up becoming a killer. But even then still most people regard being labeled as insane (even when it leads to killing) as a there wasn’t much they could have done situation. “Look at him. He was just born defective. Those poor parents did the best they could.”

They weren't "defending" what he did, they were just claiming that he wasn't sane. You even said he couldn't be sane because "a sane person wouldn't do that". Being considered criminal insane doesn't mean the person isn't responsible or wont be punished, it just means the punishment will be more appropriate for an insane person. The system isn't in place just to punish people, its to rehabilitate people and make society safer.
My sister and I do not get along as well when we are kids. I'm so glad we did get close as we grew older. We're each other's best friends now. This story is so sad and heartbreaking. I just hope that Yuki is living rightfully this time.
