I would clean it up some. Get some of the rust off & oil it. Make it look alittle better. I wouldn't try to tighten the blades. Have a great day
I think you should clean it up. You dont need a full restoration. Just make it look presentable
Those prices are for mint.
It may not bring more money. But you never know. Because I clean and restore, the condition typically does not matter much unless it is near mint.
Anything you do will improve the appearance. But never use vinegar or other acid solution.
