My daughter always has a princess dress on. This is a great stretch, I fell much better and calmer, and it’s a great reminder to me to just stretch for 5 minutes, as that’s leaps better than not stretching. Working on stretching everyday.

I noticed you're wearing barefoot shoes. What kind of benefits can you get from them. Do you think they are better for running in terms of training the body?
It depends what you are looking for. I choose function over anything else as I used to get hip and knee issues that were related to my footwear. I want my feet to be able to function well. If you want performance/speed then cushioned shoes give 2-4% increase in performance but at the risk of foot issues that then can cause issues up the body. I will go into this in slightly more detail in a Q&A style video for you 👍🏻
