The wide pyramid forward fold felt so good. I usually drop to my elbows in open lizard but followed your cues this time and definitely felt that wonderful stretch along my front core. Thanks!

Im 16 and im looking to go under 16 minutes for 5k in a 3 month training block. Im getting up to as much as 82 miles in a week so what would you recommend to prevent injury for me?
Wow! Your mileage is big. Lots of rest to balance out that intensity. Cold water therapy for recovery too and some massage to help your muscles. Lots of good quality food and hydration too 👍🏻
