4 very warm miles at lunch today so this stretch was a perfect way to cool down- both temperature-wise and physically from the effort!

I didn't go running today. I went up and down the stairs in the stadium on Friday and my legs have been so sore but I feel way better after this stretch. I'll do this a few more times to get back into shape. And definitely sharing it with friends who did the same.

My morning 10 miler was hot and soupy but really good. The rest of my day was....bad. and it derailed my stretching until evening. But it made this time even more beneficial and valuable. Thank you!

Great session, thanks Ash. Love anything that stretches those hip flexes. Always appreciate you saying what body parts I should be feeling when stretching. Fantastic stretch after a hill workout when another runner saw a mumma black bear and two cubs cross the road 100m in front of him.

I’ve got to try and balance it out with being accessible to those that don’t like stretching and are new to it (a common complaint is the pace is too quick) and aiming for a nice flow stretch for those that are used to stretching. Will try to get this balance 😊
