Exactly what I needed right now! Often times after an intense workout you don't really feel like doing an intense stretch on top of that. So I really appreciate these kinds of sessions ❤

Whoaaas. The difference between starting and 12m later, and after doing only one side and switching to the other was like the difference between a brick and a feather. This one was so good to scoop out the goop in my hips. I feel so peaceful and happy. Thank you, Ash!

That felt great after my first longer run since the half marathon. My little muscle tear is well and truly healed now. It’s good to be back into full swing. Thanks for your help Ash.
As always Dan I’m glad I could help you mate. Be mindful with that little tear. Don’t want it developing into something bigger. Lowering intensity and volume for a few weeks will help it heal.
To keep it interesting and give you specifics as to how you’re improving my experience as a runner, I’ll start sharing my favorite part of each video I do with you. Today, it was the bit with pulling my knee towards my armpit and doing hip circles! I felt some good, juicy stretches in there.

Hi Ash! I feel like I've found your videos just in the right time. Last Saturday I ran my first official relay part of a half marathon and was really proud of myself, for actually running my 6km but also because I remembered your streches! Thank you very much ❤
PS: whilst doing pre run stretch, people were looking kind of strangely for "shooing the chickens away" - I absolutely love this one 😂

Thank you Ash, another extremely effect stretch, I’ve tried yoga and pilates for a few years now to help with injuries caused from not stretching and they didn’t help, so I can’t believe the difference your stretches are making! 😊

It felt like 97 degrees (36.1 C) on my 10 miler today...I must be back in Florida. The heat had my heart rate up higher than usual and the intentional stretching definitely helps bring it back down. As always, thanks for the video!

Amazing, just discovered you 30minutes ago and found me new post running routine:). My glutes are insanly tight and even these exersices are on the edge of a bit too much. So exactly what i need atm. Do you encounter chest and shoulder tightness with runners? Thanks for sharing these amazing videos.
