Absolutely fab. There were some stretches I hadn't done in this one and it's always amazing to feel how much a stretch works when you're comparing the leg you've worked on with the one you haven't yet. Again, a really informed and relaxing cool down which made me feel a lot more refreshed and light after my easy run today. Thank you again!

Just finished a 2.75 mile run with my husky and boy are we tired! This was an excellent stretch, I feel so fresh and I’ve discovered that I’ve got some tightness in the hips - I’ll be sure to watch more of your videos to help improve that, thanks Ash!

Half walk, half fun session this morning. 2.2km in under 15 minutes, I haven’t run in 2 weeks and I definitely felt it. I liked the stretch with one leg bent foot pulled to the glute and a slight twist on the opposite side, felt incredible. I do so enjoy learning these new ways to stretch and find release and relief in the muscles. Thank you.

Here after a workout again :) Your voice is so soothing that it's not just a stretch but also a meditation haha. I really appreciate how detailed your explanations are. I go to yoga classes and the instructor doesn't even explain half as much as you do lol. I also like how you ask different questions, so it makes it all feel more real; such a unique feature of yours ❤ It would be really nice if you made more static stretches as well though, but I probably can turn those dynamic stretches into static ones myself when I want to 🙏
Thank you so much for your detailed feedback. I really appreciate your comments. I do some yoga sessions with some static in there but mainly dynamic as I always encourage a little wiggle even in my classes as it’s great for the body to settle and in to different shapes. 😊❤️

Hi Ash, thankyou for reminding me it’s not a competition 😄. I ran this afternoon. My mind switched off from all the noise and I was able to concentrate on my breathing. Noticed I don’t pant or get a dry mouth with my mouth closed, or swallow any flies!
Feels great after that stretch , soggy but enjoyable forest run this morning with some "great" climbs and this session has soothed the sore stiff legs , thanks mate 👍🏼

I had to take 6 weeks off of running as I developed a pain in my stomach during my runs (many tests/ scans/ prods from the docs with no answer!), I started running again after 6 weeks after it had subsided and it instantly came back :( My friend recommended your channel and do your post run yoga religiously after every run… now 6 weeks in (touch wood) it has more or less subsided!! 5 years a runner but only just started S&C! 😂

Thank you Ash! Training for my first half marathon. Did my longest run ever this morning. 8 miles. After mile 4 my right knee started tightening up. Had to stop multiple times to stretch. But I finished. Came home to do your video. Feeling much better. I think it’s coming from my thigh muscle. Quad/outer thigh. Thank you Ash! Training for my first half marathon. Did my longest run ever this morning. 8 miles. After mile 4 my right knee started tightening up. Had to stop multiple times to stretch. But I finished. Came home to do your video. Feeling much better. I think it’s coming from my thigh muscle. Quad/outer thigh. If you have a specific video that would help me get that straightened out link it!! Thank you!
