    Wow these videos are amazing. I am currently doing a challenge where i am going to run a marathon with 30 days of preparation.Honestly i would have no shot if it wasnt for these videos. For anyone wondering currently i run up to 14 kilometres. I am positive i will do it

      Good luck not getting injured. Definitely don't push yourself on the day of the marathon, your joints and tendons aren't ready for it even if it feels like your heart and lungs are.

    The first two exercises were really good to stretch my IT band, I've been trying to get rid of lateral knee pain for a while but it re-surfaces every long run.

      @@RunBetterwithAsh your videos are quite literally getting me through my marathon training. I used to be a bugger for not stretching and now I do a different one of your videos after every run - and before too! The amount of content means I can find a video for every type of run and based on how I’m feeling afterwards, too. Keep it up! Love them!
