Wow these videos are amazing. I am currently doing a challenge where i am going to run a marathon with 30 days of preparation.Honestly i would have no shot if it wasnt for these videos. For anyone wondering currently i run up to 14 kilometres. I am positive i will do it
Good luck not getting injured. Definitely don't push yourself on the day of the marathon, your joints and tendons aren't ready for it even if it feels like your heart and lungs are.
Love your post run stretching. I’m 70 so it’s absolutely crucial that I stretch down after every run. Love the way I could stretch thigh muscles in this. ❤
