    Lovely that your warm-ups also focus on the shoulders and upper body. Used to always cramp up in my shoulders when running, but I hardly ever do anymore 😊

    Really great warm up in this one. It’s gentle enough at the start for long enough that doing it early in the morning isn’t too tough. The last bit to get the HR up is perfect.

    This is my regular warm up before every run. This prevents injuries in the muscles.

    Very impressed with this thorough work out (and with the 5 min cool down video. Best I've come across for targeting muscle groups.

    Using this video for the 5th week now, seen big improvements - I can start like out of a trap, manage bills easier and have increased my speed thanks, I think, tithe hip flexor exercises (I use bpm of 81 so increasing stride is my aim)....Andre over quickly thanks to the 7 minute Ash cool down. Thanks loads and HNYear 🎉

    Another great warm up Ash. I’ was having great difficulty at the beginning of runs and I realise I wasn’t fully warmed up so I am now using your warm ups which I find so helpful as you cover all areas of the body. I can feel an improvement already. I also some specific exercises as I have been recovering from hip bursitis and so I’m working on strengthening there. I also find you explanations and accent easy to listen to. So many warms ups are from USA and somehow it just doesn’t do it for me. Thanks you.

    Really like this warmup, even though I don't run. I am training for another 24 hour ultra where I will walk the whole way, and have training walks between 2 and 8 hours. Started this warmup two weeks ago heading into my two longest training weekends and could feel it help immediately. Ash - do you have a video that focuses on pre-run lower back stretches?

    I was a lil intimidated by my run today its the longest i’ve ran yet (42mins) and tbh this warmup eased some anxiety lol i got this 🫶🏽
