Using this video for the 5th week now, seen big improvements - I can start like out of a trap, manage bills easier and have increased my speed thanks, I think, tithe hip flexor exercises (I use bpm of 81 so increasing stride is my aim)....Andre over quickly thanks to the 7 minute Ash cool down. I’ was having great difficulty at the beginning of runs and I realise I wasn’t fully warmed up so I am now using your warm ups which I find so helpful as you cover all areas of the body. I can feel an improvement already. I also some specific exercises as I have been recovering from hip bursitis and so I’m working on strengthening there. I also find you explanations and accent easy to listen to. So many warms ups are from USA and somehow it just doesn’t do it for me. Thanks you.
